We accept various payment methods, including Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa. Please ensure your billing details are accurate and up to date.

7. Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of payment confirmation. We’ll also honor your first refund request—no questions asked.

8. Your Feedback Matters

10. Cancellation & Dispute Policy

Customers may terminate their subscription at any time via their account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team directly. To avoid charges for the next subscription period, cancellation requests must be submitted no later than 24 hours prior to the upcoming billing date. If a subscription is cancelled after a renewal payment has already been processed, the cancellation will apply starting from the following billing cycle, unless the customer qualifies for a refund in accordance with the Refund Policy set out below.

Trial subscriptions will automatically convert into a paid plan once the trial period ends, unless cancelled before the expiration date. Customers are solely responsible for cancelling their trial within the specified timeframe to prevent automatic billing.

In the event that a customer believes a transaction was processed incorrectly or wishes to raise a dispute, we encourage them to contact our customer support team first, as most concerns can be resolved promptly without initiating a formal claim. Any dispute request must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date and must include sufficient details, such as the account email address, transaction reference number, and a clear explanation of the issue.

Upon receiving a dispute request, we will investigate the matter and provide a response within 5-10 business days. During the review process, additional information or supporting documentation may be requested to facilitate the investigation.

If the matter cannot be resolved directly and the customer proceeds with a chargeback through their bank or card issuer, the case will be managed in accordance with the applicable card network regulations (including, but not limited to, Visa and Mastercard rules). Customers acknowledge and agree that initiating a chargeback may lead to temporary suspension of their account while the matter is under review.

We reserve the right to submit relevant transaction data, account usage records, and confirmation of acceptance of our Terms & Conditions to the payment processor or issuing bank as part of the chargeback and dispute resolution process

11. Correcting Errors

While we strive for accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. PERSONALISED DESIGNED SPACES LTD reserves the right to correct any mistakes or inaccuracies in service-related information. We are not obligated to make updates unless legally required.

12. Progress Evaluation

We are committed to ongoing improvement. Both the Client and PERSONALISED DESIGNED SPACES LTD will evaluate progress quarterly and take appropriate corrective actions to stay aligned with our shared goals.

13. Warranties Disclaimer

While we aim to deliver high-quality service, PERSONALISED DESIGNED SPACES LTD makes no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free performance. All services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind.

14. Billing

PERSONALISED DESIGNED SPACES LTD maintains the prerogative to refuse any order and may place restrictions to limit purchases per individual, household, or order. We are also pleased to accept the below payment methods: Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. It is vital that customers ensure that the billing and account information provided is current, complete and accurate, and that it is updated promptly and in a timely manner.

By subscribing, customers agree to an initial €1 charge, which provides them with access to the services for one day.

Please note that each daily renewal provides continued access to the subscribed digital content and services for an additional period of one (1) day. By submitting the subscription form, the customer grants PERSONALISED DESIGNED SPACES LTD explicit permission to deduct the chosen payment method for the initial and subsequent daily recurring payments, without the obligation to provide prior notification.

PERSONALISED DESIGNED SPACES LTD is committed to adhering to the rules established by the relevant payment networks and may therefore pre-authorise or process renewal charges accordingly. Our customers are free to cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings. In the event of a cancellation, no further daily charges will be issued after the cancellation comes into effect.

In the case of a customer requesting a refund, PERSONALISED DESIGNED SPACES LTD may at its full discretion cancel any unused renewal amounts and, where applicable, refund them to the original payment method, in strict accordance with the relevant legislation and payment methods.
